i submitted artwork for another art contest on Solia, and BARELY made the grand prize spot. if it weren't for the background, i would have been somewhere in second or third place.

i'm on a roll! x'D. i've entered 3 art contests on solia and got the grand prize in each of them. there's another one that's going to end when summer comes to a close. but the problem with that one is that the prize is extremely lucrative, meaning that it most likely has the interests of the better artists. so if i want to get the grand prize again, i'm going to have to push myself into doing something that is waaay better than my previous pieces. ----it's a good challenge i think. i really like the idea of competing with prodigybombay [though that would require a huge jump in skills to defeat her---on a scale of 1-100, PB is like 100 and i'm 10, maybe less]. if i can win against her, that in itself is a pretty rewarding experience <3. that's IF she even enters the contest at all, and i do hope she enters...99.999999999% want her to enter! *[]*

oh yah! by the way, the character in the picture is called rage. that's one of 's characters and there's going to be a comic with the characters from the contest 8D---though he's only the secondary character from what i've heard.
